An SME specializing in the manufacture of dry biscuits and petit fours wished to transition from semi-manual production to a fully automated line, capable of achieving a rate of 200 to 300 kg/hour. The main challenge was to obtain a flexible line that could handle different biscuit formats without major tooling changes. Flux EQ Pro sourced a complete line from a specialized manufacturer in the Shanghai region, including: an industrial kneader, a laminating and rotary cutting machine, a modular baking tunnel, a cooling conveyor, and an automatic bagging machine. Operator training was provided remotely via video, with a manual translated into Arabic and French.
